Jack has been a dedicated and passionate employee at Captain Jack’s since December 2023. He grew up in Santa Cruz, California and enjoys extreme sports. By joining the team, he fulfilled our policy that requires us to employ one guide named Jack! His knowledge of Santa Barbara leisure activities plus his storytelling abilities makes every tour with Jack an unforgettable experience. His enthusiasm is contagious and his dedication to providing an entertaining experience has earned him a stellar reputation.

Jack’s favorite tour is the Santa Barbara Harbor Kayak tour. He loves visiting the sea lions before paddling under Stearns’ Wharf. On his days off you can find him at Leadbetter beach and when the waves are up, he paddles out at Mesa Lane. At night he takes classes at Santa Barbara City College. His favorite winery is Vega Vineyard and his favorite time of year to visit is any time of the year!
