Captain Jack’s will refund:
- 75% of your deposit up to 7 days before the reservation.
- 50% up to 3 days before the reservation.
- 0% within 3 days of the reservation.
If Captain Jack’s Santa Barbara Tours cancels your tour due to weather or any other reason you will receive a full refund.
